For Client comfort, and to ensure a timely service, please abide by the following:

  • Clients are encouraged to use the washroom before their service. Services are long and can last up to 2 hours.

  • Please silence your cell phone and refrain from using your phone during your service.

  • With most services, eyes need to remain closed for the entirety of the service, this ensures eye comfort and safety as well as the ability to utilize the entire service time.

  • Please try to find adequate child care for the time of your service. This is for the safety of children, and for the comfort of other clients. However children are allowed if they have an appointment for services.

  • Please refrain from consuming caffeine 4-6 hours prior to appointment.

  • Please be aware, there is a 3.5% Credit/ Debit Card Transaction fee applied to the client's total charge.

Cancellation policy

  • 24 hour notice required to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Less than 24 Hour Notice: 50% of the service cost.*

  • Same Day Notice or No Shows: 100% of the service cost/ forfeit of deposit (when applicable).*

  • We request that if you are 10-15 minutes late that you call our salon to reschedule your appointment, as we want to provide the Quality and Standard that you’ve come to know with Miss Priss Lash and Brow. We believe that you deserve the time allocated for your service to ensure the best results.

  • For Lash Lifts & Brow Shaping Appointments more than 5 minutes late, please call our salon to reschedule your appointments.

*Last minute cancellations or missing your appointment leaves large gaps in our schedule because we do not have enough notice to allow someone else to schedule an appointment.
